About Corporate Windows

Corporate Windows was founded in 1993 to provide solutions for the emerging Client/Server push in the early 1990s.
We specialise in enterprise database systems designed to operate over the internet.

Developing primarily in Omnis, the company has written numerous information solutions for a diverse range of clients including large corporations, small/medium enterprise, universities and the professions.

The WebPublisher project was originally conceived as a TCP/IP Client Server toolkit allowing Omnis developers to create web enabled applications. The objective was to deliver database connectivity in real time from any point-of-presence on the planet.

Over the last 15 years the product has been rewritten several times to take advantage of emerging technologies on the internet and to utilise enhancements in the Omnis Studio programming environment.

Feedback from customers and rigorous prototyping of new features has allowed the product to mature and adapt to the ever changing demands of delivering web services. Our technology has been exhaustively tested in production systems dating back to 1998.

Corporate Windows is located in Ballarat, Australia and can be reached at www.corporate-windows.com Offsite

The WebPublisher Studio Development Team

Powered by WebPublisher Studio by Corporate Windows

The development of WebPublisher Studio has been a collaborative effort.

WebPublisher was originally conceived and written by Kim Sumner who has been an Omnis developer since 1986.

In 2001, Dave Newton (also an Omnis programmer since 1985) became involved in the project and undertook the rewrite for Omnis Studio.

Kim and Dave are jointly responsible for the WebPublisher Studio system and continue to collaborate on the ongoing design and programming of WebPublisher Studio as well as undertaking custom WebPublisher Studio projects for clients.
