The WebPublisher Studio Server application is required to develop web-enabled applications and is used for publishing applications in production. The server must be configured to listen on a specific IP address and port (eg. 192.168.20.2:9000). |

A dedicated Administration Port is required to communicate with the Administration Client.
The Server can be configured to deliver web services on any available port. |

- WebPublisher Studio Server provides a database server for writing, staging, testing and deploying WebPublisher Studio applications.
- WebPublisher Studio Server is required for all development work and for the final deployment of any production system.
- The server application provides monitoring tools for managing server logs, remote sessions and mail queuing as well as windows for reporting execution, mail transmission, and web socketing errors.
- All server logs are accessible from the WebPublisher Studio Client.
